FAQ
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons. For large events such as weddings or festivals, 3 to 6 months in advance is ideal. Smaller events may require less lead time depending on availability.
Generally, we do not require items to be cleaned. Items are cleaned and inspected after returning to our warehouse. Specific instructions for glassware, dinnerware and flatware, linens, outdoor grills, deep fryers, and ovens are provided. Additional fees will be added if any of the above situations occur.
We primarily serve Southwest Michigan and surrounding regions. For larger or specialized projects, additional service areas may be available upon request.
